THEATERLAB ANNOUNCES FALL 2025 PROGRAMMING

Since 2006, your support of THEATERLAB has strengthened the NYC audiences’ connection to live performance, built flexible programs and residencies, and cradled the development of award-winning artists working at the forefront of what’s next.

This season, we’ll be building on that tradition of exciting artistry in production, while expanding our community programming and artistic development. Theaterlab isn’t just a performance space, it’s a place of gathering and conversation.

ANNOUNCING

BACKSTITCH RESIDENCY

We’re launching our first ever long-form residency program! With the help of 5 fantastic resident artists working across disciplines, we’re testing the waters to see what long-term support means for independent artists developing their practice and exploring what it means to be a creative of the future. Stay tuned as we learn more, together.

ARTIST COUNCIL

As Theaterlab grows in both expenses and programming, as a non-profit organization, we also need the generous support of donors, volunteers, and thought-leaders to increase our capacity for supporting NYC’s living artists. If you’d like to be considered for Theaterlab innagural artistic advisory board, please submit a letter of interest to TBD@TheaterlabNYC.com
