(No) Refunds is an interactive gameshow play hosted by the dazzling, delightful, and only occasionally maniacal Tiffany Gold, an old-school American gameshow host and model presenter all-in-one who quite literally depends on your entertainment.
One premium ticket holder, dubbed the “Star Player” for the evening, will compete in three games designed to amuse the audience and showcase their talents.
Although at least a partial refund is guaranteed for our Star Player, will they accept it when they understand the implications of their choice? (No) Refunds is a play about the real-world costs of being a working artist in our contemporary world, disguised as the most fun you’ve ever had at the theatre.

MEET THE ARTISTS
Kelsey Robins (Director) is a New York based director and current MFA directing candidate in the Penn State School of Theatre. Favorite directing credits include A Tale of Two Cities, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, She Loves Me, Twelfth Night, and Grounded. She is an associate member of the SDC and a graduate of Northwestern University.
Katy Murphy (Creator, Tiffany Gold) is a Connecticut native, Northwestern University educated, now NYC-based actor, writer, stand-up, and voiceover artist. Katy is specifically interested in experimental and immersive work and has been a proud ensemble member of Candle House Collective since 2019. Writing credits with the company include: Lovers Anonymous, Leo Season, and Enter the Simulation. She is also currently featured as a “Customer Service Representative” in their ongoing production of Lennox Mutual which has been featured in the New Yorker and NoProscienium. In addition to her stage and writing work, Katy is a professional voiceover artist, represented by Grossman & Jack Talent. (No) Refunds is her first independent production.
Grant Lewis (Alex) is thrilled to work with his wonderful friend and creative partner, Katy Murphy, once again! Regional Theatre Credits: Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Drury Lane Theatre, Theater Wit; TV: Chicago Med, The Chi; Film: The Premiere, Mover’s Ultimate; Education: BA from Northwestern University. “Good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgment.” Grant is repped by Gray Talent Group.
Olivia Winn (Producer) is a Connecticut native, London-based producer, actor, writer, and dancer. Previous credits include Pink Flags (2025), a thriller short starring Raye and Sawyer Spielberg and recipient of the New Filmmakers Panavision grant. She is a dancer and choreographer for New York City’s largest performance-based dance organization, DanceWorks New York City. Olivia also led brand partnerships for Grace de Monaco, a luxury-for-good brand wholly owned by the Princess Grace Foundation-USA dedicated to upholding the philanthropic and artistic legacy of Princess Grace (nee Grace Kelly). She is currently studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London.
Francesca Pecchi (Stage Manager) is an Italian-Belgian actor and stage manager, born and raised in Brussels, Belgium. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, her past work includes the original play “Miss Universe”, an off-beat comedy that she both co-wrote and co-directed, sold out off-off Broadway. In March 2024, she co-founded Thymos Productions – a production company whose mission is to elevate underspoken voices and reveal international talent of the New York scene. The following May, Thymos had its debut show at the NY Theater Festival with an original adaptation of “The Suppliants” by Aeschylus. Alongside the craft of acting, Francesca has also cultivated her love for stage management, which has accompanied her over the years
